Located at The Villas at Santa Rosa Beach - Unit A-201 is a stunning Gulf front condo in the Eastern building at The Villas of Santa Rosa Beach. This second-floor corner unit overlooks the Gulf of Mexico with panoramic views from the expansive balcony, living room, dining room, kitchen and master bedroom. Step into this luxury 1814 sq. ft. unit to find Spanish porcelain tile and exquisite attention to detail throughout. The coastal chic design boasts a true chef’s kitchen with upgraded stainless-steel appliances.

There are four bedrooms and three bathrooms with one king-size bed, two queen-size beds and two sets of twin-bunks. The first queen bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with shower. The second queen bedroom shares a large bathroom and shower with the double twin bunk bedroom. The primary bedroom has a beautiful large walk-in shower and classy crystal quartz counter tops.
