Welcome to 30A COAST Vacation Rentals. We offer beautiful boutique luxury rentals for your next vacation along the 30A GULF COAST. All of our properties are GULF-FRONT and located on PRIVATE beaches. Each condo has an outdoor living space (either a balcony or patio) that overlooks the sugary white sand of the beach and emerald Gulf waves. Our condos are located at The Villas at Santa Rosa Beach, The Crossings in Watersound and Monterey Place in Seacrest Beach. (NEW RENTAL PROPERY AVAILABLE BEGINNING JUNE 8.)

Welcome to this fabulous Gulf-Front condo. As you enter your beach retreat, you are welcomed by the beautiful decor and breathtaking views of the Gulf. Throughout the unit attention to detail is evident from the luxury kitchen with stainless steel appliances, Carrera marble counter tops and a fabulous backsplash. There are classic coastal furnishings throughout that invite you into each room to relax and unwind. Free secure WiFi Internet and TV can be accessed throughout the condo. This 4-bedroom unit has a king-sized bed in the master (with en-suite bathroom), a king bed in the front bedroom (with en-suite bathroom), a middle bedroom with one king bed and the fourth bedroom is well-appointed for children with two bunk beds. An additional bathroom is located between the bunk room and the middle guest bedroom.
